Once you place an order you can follow it every step of the way.

  1. Go to Orders in the bottom menu.
  2. Tap your active order to open live tracking.
  3. You'll see each stage: Confirmed → Being prepared → Out for delivery → Delivered.
  4. When a driver picks up your order, their location appears on the map.

If something looks stuck for more than 30 minutes, message the store directly from the order screen.
