- Tap Report an issue.
- Choose the item(s) affected and tell us what happened (missing, damaged, or wrong item).
- Add a photo if you can โ it speeds things up.
- Submit. Most refunds are approved within 24 hours and returned to your original payment method in 3โ5 working days.
